I have a Saturday flight,
with an e-ticket, that has not been upgraded as of 11am ET today, and two different phone agents have refused to upgrade me. They said I should wait for the EUA to run. And ITN shows F9 right now. I'm on hold, waiting for a third agent. After this one I start screaming.
