I personally can't speak to this resort at all, having never been there myself. However, I will add the following. The Jalousie is being taken over by Sunswept Resorts; they already own the Le Sport Hotel & Spa resort at the other end of St Lucia.
My wife and I have just returned from Le Sport and it was as fantastic as before. This was my third trip there in just over two years. They have made it even better with a new range of treatments introduced to the spa.
Sunswept Resorts own two properties on St. Lucia - Le Sport and Rendevous. Later this year they begin managing a brand new resort called The Plantation on Cotton Bay. The Hilton will be renamed The Jalousie Plantation.
I was speaking to the GM of Le Sport and he said they play to turn the Jalousie in to an even more upmarket version of Le Sport.
