Hi,

I've been checking online for quite a while now, but today, I got an "RR" in the rectangle underneath the rectangle that has my Rapid Rewards number. I know RR stands for Rapid Rewards, but does anyone know why the RR would appear in this rectangle? It's normally empty.

So I have "Issued by and valid only on Southwest Airlines", then the slim rectangle with my RR number, then the big rectangle with RR. Anyone have any ideas of the significance of this? or am I being worrisome for no reason? I called Reservations and they said RR stands for RapidRewards but said they had no idea what I was talking about and that the online boarding pass is a different department.
