Most people who go to Sepilok for the day go on an organised trip, 7am flight from KK met at airport, feeding time at Sepilok are 10am & 3pm but there are no guaranteed sightings. The trip then usually includes lunch, & city tour, then back on 5:25 flight.

You could do it yourself with taxis, flights are easy to arrange, but not sure how it compares as we did it as a 4 day package.
