Besides your normal heavy Sunday traffic on I-95, your drive in MD should be just fine. You can go to www.chart.state.md.us to view traffic conditions before you leave and The Washington Post and Baltimore Sun offer weekly construction hot zones:

This should help for the Delaware portion. You should be fine as long as you take I-495 in Delaware. There is some construction going on around Exit 4 on I-95 in Delaware, but that is limited to the overnight hours.
