Hilton Web site does show Priceline as stays but they do not usually count toward acheiving status (IE as part of the 28 stays required for Diamond). For status they typically check how many paid stays even when the web site reflects more on your account.

Well as I'm sure you know, the myth that Priceline is opaque has been exposed as utterly false. Wahooflyer, myself, and I'm sure many others do not place bids that have more than a tiny chance of landing a Starwood property. Meanwhile, I continue to get stay credit on at least half of my Hilton, Doubletree & Embassy Suites priceline stays, and at least three quarters of my Marriott stays.
