Tesco Home delivery sucks - whats the newsflash here? Maybe I'm the only one that reads the MSE threads for both amusement & bit of spying (but only since I found them through their spying of us) - funniest bit is the person who ordered cigarettes, & was subsituted with an apple instead.

I personally haven't had much probs (although admittedly points-only products, like DVD's) since I ensured to click the 'no substitutions' button each time. & the discount codes are generous, so I give a certain allowance to any problems, without losing my cool.
