If I had been polled I would have said in general I am happy too and I am
about as frequent a flier as it gets.

Of the 4 flights I have on a weekly basis (1 connection each way) I would say 3/4 of them are problem free. The other 1/4 is delayed now and again, almost always because of weather. So if I were asked are you generally happy, I would say 75% happy means yes I am generally happy.

As I always say to complainers..Amtrak and Greyhound will be glad to take your business.
