"Thesilb" is correct. I'm traveling this month to San Diego on NW and talked to the CO Elite rep about this. he checked with his supervisor to make sure nothing has changed. We still have to call CO to get an upgrade on NW. However, the rep went on to say, "keep checking with us. Something will be changing soon."
