I have some questions regarding the OW VisitEurope program.

1) What fare class are these flights booked in (economy)? From what I've read so far, it seems they would be booked in 'L'.
2) Do they accrue Q-Points/Q-Miles at normal rates?
3) Is the zone distance between two non-OW cities (eg. CDG and FCO) calculated as CDG-FCO or as CDG-MAD-FCO? In this case, would this flight count as two flights for the minimum or just one?
4) In any case, is a <24 hr stopover permitted at the transit city?
