If you like beer, I suggest to just go to Cologne. The new hi-speed ICE takes you to the Cologne central station from FRA directly in under an hour if I'm not mistaken (not sure about the Airrail deal, but maybe you would even get miles?). More to do in Cologne than in Heidelberg or Mainz.
