Oh, okay, that explains it. Nice to know that some Canadian credit cards actually provide primary CDW for rentals in the US.
I've never worked for a car rental company, but I rent from National over 40 times per year so I consider myself knowledgeable about the whole process.
I have my own business contract ID with no underage fee but have found that the big 10 codes often yield a lower rate...hence my knowledge about them specifically.
