I have to agree with the others here - as a FA who flies far more than I'd like, I can absolutely say that we don't have cabin pressure issues nearly that often. In fact, I can only think of one flight in the last 5 years where there was a problem - and it was brief and corrected quickly.

But, I do have ear problems more often than I'd like, too! Allergies and post-nasal drip are my culprits. The ittiest bit of excess mucous can lead me to ear block if I'm not careful about it. Perhaps a visit to your ENT will remedy the problem for you?
