Solution: Go to a Simon Mall (they are all over the U.S.) and get a Visa Giftcard (up to $500) - they only charge $1 for the card itself. Only .2% (.002) ~ Beats 2-3%

Only problem is if you have a large purchase (lots of giftcards).
