I think I'm right about the following, but we really need someone who knows that they're talking about (bealine?) to confirm:

(a) Children under 12 travelling on staff tickets aren't allowed to travel in First.

(b) The reason the manifest might not show if a pap's been upgraded is because it would only show up in a comment. No comment: may not be possible to tell?
