Thanks all for the comments. I still suspect that something is wrong. I agree that CO is probably not assigning upgrades to lower fares early, but my situation with only 5 of 32 FC seats assigned indicates something is broken. I suspect that the 5 seats assigned are actually FC pruchases. It looks like I need to be up at 6 AM tomorrow morning to be SEQ#1 with OLCI, since right now that appears to be all that is working.
