I am flying out today, originally scheduled from LAX-DFW yesterday, but then Denver happened.
I had been booked with a Q-UP fare, so flying F, but now rebooked into Y. There had been about $150 difference between the fare I selected and the lower fare. Because the flights are full, there is not much res can do about it. I was told to keep my boarding pass and send to the ticket refund department.
Any idea if they will pony up the difference, or anything I should do to help facilitate this?
Of course, if they wanted to flow a couple SWU's my way for an upcoming trip to BKK -- I'd be happy to forget the situation (as would everyone else)
Thanks
