You will clear before any upgraders. Of course, if you are waitlisted now, they may well clear saver F awards seats before the day of departure if they don't think there is any chance of revenue F seats being sold.
Hmmm, they must not always get you on that list if you don't mention it...Previously, out of SAN, we did te same thing & were booked in coach & waitlisted for the upgrade. The gate agent was going to upgrade others until I brought it to his attention that we weren't trying to upgrade, we were due FC seats because we paid for them already with miles...
