I've been signed up for e mail notification from CO for about 3 months now, but have only receieved one notice from them telling me my statement was on line. (This came 2 days after I had already found it on line). And no, I was never told by CO of the upgrade policy change. I even spoke with the CO help desk, and they agreed that yes, I was signed up---but no I wasn't receiving communications from them on a regular basis and they didn't know why! I've got a flight to ORD this Sun am, I think I'll call at midnight tonight anyway.
