If you have collision/comprehensive insurance on your own car, that covers damage to rental cars, while your credit card will cover your deductible so you don't have to pay anything out of pocket. If you don't own a car, or don't have collision/comp coverage, your credit card's LDW will be primary.
oic... thanks for clearing it up, i do have my own insurance, but i read my visa car rental fineprint and it acutally beocmes my primary insruance regardless
but i never knew the CDW/LDW was only covered on offical business, but i knew liability was. but on my booking its included only the chrage for it is 0.00
