I hope you're right. I sent an email request to BAEC, since the BAEC agent in Germany (now handling all requests for BAEC members in Italy) was clueless and unhelpful as to whom one would go to in order to make this sort of request. I have heard nothing back (not even a confirmation of receipt) from BAEC during the past week, which I guess should be expected.
