I have searched with no avail...I booked a room at the Aladdin for next week. (booked on 4/7) Web only rate of $289 on SPG.com. Today the rate for the same room is $219 (web only rate). Has anyone had experience with this? What do you suggest doing when SPG's own website changes the rate and it is a non-refundable/no change /pre-paid rate? Obviously, I wouldn't be concerned if that rate had gone UP!!!, but that is a sizeable change in price downwards for a three night stay.

Thanks for any info/advice. The SPG.com Best Rate Guarantee seems to only address prices from websites other than their own.
