AUS has benefited from "improvement" in UX service recently: Almost all the CRJ flights have been changed to CR7's, which have (or will have soon) F and E+. Even a CR7 in all E configuration is a major improvement over the "built for midgets" CRJ. ORD-AUS is now all CR7, and IAD is 2X CR7.
One of the DEN flights has gone from mainline to CR7, but one of the DEN CRJ's is now a CR7. In the context of domestic flying 2005, this is an improvement in service, and it makes UA(UX) IMHO, the leader in domestic carriers, since they are not only keeping E+, but expanding it to RJ's. In addition, they are not cutting F service as much as other carriers.
