My experience at BOS in March is that they escorted HON but not F pax. The escort worked well and the HON pax got escorted to a rather empty US Citizen immigration line. That saved roughly 10 minutes that I (as a full fare F pax) stayed in the non-US line.

The baggages were handled rather well for me, though. All picked up from to belt and put on the cart for me.
