I'm in PHX as a 1P (soon to be 1K) and it's pure hell from a UA perspective. All of my UA travel is international so the first/last segment is always either TED or UX...uggghhh. On Tuesday after flying SIN-NRT-ORD-LAX (in F&C) I get 55 minutes in a sardine can. That single segment will likely seem longer than the other three put together.

I simply don't use UA for domestic travel as most of my destinations are in the west and very well served by HP. If UA ever switches PHX-LAX (or DEN or SFO) back to mainline they'll see a lot more domestic business from me although based on their published strategy I think that they are happier with me sticking to international routes.
