Flew MEX-LAX J Class on Mexicana and was given a Metal Knife. Have I missed something somewhere and is Metal Flatware now allowed on flights to the US.

Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere but I was at a retreat and no Internet in Mexico. Also I fell asleep on my next AA flight Red-Eye LAX-MIA so never got to see what was served on this sector.
