Can anyone tell me if OneWorld Sapphire wil gain me access to the Gold Circle Lounge in Dublin? Are there other clubs/lounges I could try?

I have a 6 hour layover there with my wife and 2 small children. Any ideas on stuff to do to keep the kids busy?
I've reviewed the airport map at the Dublin Airport web site and didn't see anything about play areas, etc.

Any advice is welcome!
