2 suggestions:

Manos morenas in Barranco. Pretty good food complemented with evening entertainment highlighting the various traditional dances of Peru. I thought it was kind of touristy but still good for a first-time visitor.

Punta Sal in Miraflores not too far from Lovers Park - excellent cebiche overlooking the ocean. Very reasonable prices.
