Keep in mind that online award availability (hack or no hack) never completely matched all the availability that HH CSR's could see. AFAIK, the computer system they use is different from the one that has an online interface accessible to the members. Also, contacting the desired property directly often results in getting an award reservation even when neither system shows availability.
