Hope this is related enough to not warrant thread-stealing accusuations:
Has anyone ever mentioned at the "DO's" that with all the complex fare rules they have in place for upgrades why is it impossible to actually book the fare class that you want online? Instead one has to call AC to book the correct fare and then get the pleasure of paying a booking fee. Seems pretty screwed up to me.
