Yes, your status bonus is based on status, and the cabin bonus is based on cabin.

In your case, you'll get a 100% bonus for being a Gold Medallion and a 50% bonus for buying a First Class fare.

If your flight is 1000 miles, you'll get 1000 + 1000 + 500, for a total of 2500 miles. I assume English is not your first language, or else I would have been much less subtle .
