Award availability: Am I missing something?
I am trying to arrange a GLON2 for a domestic US hotel. I have gone to Hilton.com to determine award availability; my dates show available using a regular award, which is the only way to search.
When I called the HHonors service center, I was told that the award is not available on my dates. I went back online and looked at my dates again, and the dates again showed available.
Does the GLON2 award require some different inventory, or I am getting the run around?
