Backtracking on SQ RTW fares ex Australia
I have read different rules regarding European backtracking.

If I wish to fly SYD-SIN-LHR (surface) FRA-NYC-SFO-SYD is this routing allowed on the SQ/UA RTW fare? Is it allowed on the SQ (only) RTW fare (in which case I would have to fly SFO-SIN-SYD)?
