Two things to try:

(1) Call the hotel and ask them.

(2) Book Thursday through Monday, and then call the hotel and tell them that you changed your mind: you need Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, but not Friday. If they hassle you (I sincerely doubt they would), just cancel the entire reservation.
