Please explain how there was a lack of notice regarding the discontinuation of bonus credits for online booking. This is simply untrue. The following statement detailing the April 1, 2005 expiration was present since at least October 29, 2004:
"All roundtrip and one-way travel purchased on southwest.com and completed by April 1, 2005 is eligible for Rapid Rewards Bonus Credit offer."
