'Standby list' not printed in Boarding Pass

I just checked in (after a few futile attempts). It did not ask me if I wanted to be put on the upgrade list and did not print it on the boarding pass. I called the service center, they said they didn't know why and could not tell if I was on the list. They sent me to the internet/tech folks, they said they didn't know anything either.

I then called the 'care' line. They asked me if I was on the 'no fly' list - that sent me over the edge...And, for the record, no I'm not (and there is not reason I should be!).

She then put me on hold for a long time and said that one pass said I was on the list. Somehow I'm just certain I'm not and I'll later be told, at the airport, that , oh yes, there is a problem and we'll now add you to the end of the list.

Anyone have this problem before?

p.s. - my check-in reminder did not come either and the check-in now graphic never showed up on the home page (yes, I was logged in as me).
