The RFP was for the RJ flying. I believe AWAC will retain some 146 work for United and they might retain some RJ routes. I don't know how capacity will be shuffled around, three 146s were just retired and cities that have previously seen 146 service have seen a reduction or complete removal of 146 service. SBN used to have a couple 146 flights a day, now it doesn't have any.
