Have a look on the MAS site at their online timetable. I think it's under the drop down "travelling with us" from the homepage.

This timetable notes the difference between 744 and 747.

Seatmaps used to be available via the "availability tool" (can't recall who did this). I also think expert flyer picks them up, but ITN doesn't.
