I have stayed at the hilton narita on several occasions.You can get a room for~16000 yen by booking through www.hilton.com and it usually gives you the cheapest rate.It is a very quiet hotel.
They have a free shuttle into narita town-it is interesting and there are plenty of places to eat there.hotel restaurants tend to be pricy.
I have stayed at the hotel nikko-the rooms were smaller and it was much noisier.
