You may try Christian Tetedoie, 54 quai Pierre Scize 69005 Lyon which has an excellent reputation (book in advance).

I also had an excellent dinner two weeks ago at the Sofitel gastronomic restaurant Les Trois Dômes, 20 quai Gailleton, 69002 Lyon with a panoramic view over the Rhône river.
