For those who wear a DD, my favorite is Cyber Swim. They make some cute suits that actually fit the more well-endowed figure.

For those of us over 40, I would also suggest a month or so of lunges, squats, and Cellu-Sculpt before heading for the dressing room.

Spray on hose (we used to have a thread about that) also works wonders for mature legs.
Punki I do lunges and squats in the pool. Also walk forwards and backwards. Also swim with styrofoam weights and/or Speedo paddles on my hands. Swimming is gentle on the joints, provides a great total-body workout and is also good for the psyche. Downside: death on your hair
