Stayed last Thursday for $99. Took a demotion from Gold to Preferred Plus in February, but still received a room on an SPG floor, a box of chocolates and a card saying we would receive a 500 point Thank you for staying there. Felt like I was walking in Platinum shoes for a minute. The SPG liaison had also send a nice e-mail prior to our arrival asking if we had any special requests. Staff was excellent at check-in as well. I'd stay there again.
