AS is not a partner airline in QFF, but QF is a partner airline in the AS FF plan. It is not a symmetrical relationship (AS got the best of that deal by far). QF partners are listed on the QFF website at

Are you sure that you are getting 60 SCs? The plan changes May 25, and you may earn 0 SC and 0 miles depending on the AA fare basis; other fares continue to earn but you'd better check the fare basis against the QF list, it isn't well coordinated with non-QF fares. I'd never use QFF on a discount AA flight without checking twice that it is an eligible fare in the plan then in effect; pretty good chance of being surprised otherwise.
