It will come through with your next regular monthly batch, decreasing it as necessary.

e.g. you have £100 BA spedn this month = 300 miles but you have refunded £2000 J ticket = -6000 miles then the "Amex BA Spend" entry on your EC account on your next statement date will be -5700
