Though my favorite Hyatt property remains the The Grand Hyatt in DC based on the Regency Club and staff

You might let the hotel come up with a solution or perhaps suggest some GP points if that is of interest to you.
Never met a Flyertalker worth their weight who wasn't a little interested
From what I understand the hotel is going to get a renovation in the near future.
I can say that you have it pretty good overall compared with most the other area properties. With the possible exception of perhaps the Four Seasons down the road.
And even then I'm sure they too have their failures on a given day.
