I am a wheelchair traveller (I have MS) and the HK airport is a killer for me. Sometimes we come into gates 1, 2 or 3 and then I have 90 minutes to get to gates in the 70s. After setting (even in F) more than 6 hours it is very difficult for me. As for why I didn't lay over in HKong there was no through First class space the next 2 days.

If CX hadn't booted me out of my HK positive ticketed F seats 3 times in 5 years I may feel more sympathy for them. I have confirmed tixs in hand and they oversold me too many times to feel much sympathay for them. Actually, even as a wheelchair passenger, I can't remember them "holding" a flight for me either....
