I think you need to review your facts and this thread. The discussion has to do with poolside lounge chairs, the Cabanas have always had a fee.

PS they do charge for self parking, but it is included in the Resort Fee for those that have to pay the Resort Fee.

I cotton to resorts like the HR Kauai, but that does not mean that I don't have an issue with a bunch of nickel and dime extra charges on top of my pricey room rate.
