some people seem to have much more time than i do for trivial issues. it seems the charge is reasonable, and it isn't for lounge chairs, it's for cabanas. if you are a hr kauai type person, and you cotton to their hotel, service, room rates, and amenities, then this fits in quite nicely. enjoy. ps. they don't charge for self-parking.
