Are these the cabanas on the beach? or chairs with umbrellas by the pool?

For the cabanas on the beach, I think a fee is understandable. I wouldn't pay it, but I'm sure there are some that would.

You can see a cabana to the left of this this photo.

Other places, like the Sheraton Maui (I think) charge the same amount for these beach cabanas.
