Customs in SVO are a joke, they would not bother with a monitor...
Assuming the package would weight 10 kgs (~20 lbs), the cost of the NYC-MOW UPS shipment would be around $500 USD.
Also, different customs rules apply for shipments imported by mail/courier (as opposed to those imported personally by a PAX). The current customs duty rate for such shipments is 30% of the value if the value exceeds 100 USD.
So, altogether you are looking at ~800 USD + some customs clearance hassles when it arrives...
